Tørris Torkildsen was born in Hof 11/3-1821, died i Otteråsen in Trysil 20/9-1878. His parents was Torkild Gundersen Betnæs and Sigri Embretsdatter Mellum. They was not married.
Tørris was married to Maren Eriksdatter, born 1822, died in Tørberget in Trysil 7/1-1888.
Tørris and Marens childen: Severin Tørrisen born in Hof 1845, dies before 1865. Edvard Tørrisen born in Hof 1846, married to times, and emigratetd to USA in 1886. Karen Tørrisdatter born 1852 in Hof. Olaf Tørrisen born in Otteråsen, Trysil 9/1-1856, emigrated to USA 1882.Adolf Tørrisen born in Otteråsen, Trysil 10/7-1858, emigrated to USA 1882. Petter Tørrisen born in Otteråsen, Trysil 10/3-1861, emigrated to USA 1882. Ener Tørrisen born in Otteråsen, Trysil 9/9-1864, died in Otteråsen, Trysil 1869.
