The only Karen Christiansdatter born/baptized 1820 in the Grue/Brandval parishes was:

Karen Christiansdatter
born 16 Dec 1820
baptized 26 Dec 1820
father: gm Christian Christiansen Steensbøl
mother: Mari Christiansdatter Steensbøl

Stensbøl is in Brandval parish. Karen's older siblings were born on Huseby in Grue parish. Karen's mother, Mari, is found in Skjeberg parish on Fjeld in the 1865 census.
