Ingunn Framgården f. 07.07-47 Akershus. Gift med Jan Arvid Helfjord f. 14.11-44, Svolvær. Bosted Ringsaker. Barn Gaute f. 14.07-72, Gorm Espen f. 24.06-75.

Far: Harald Framgården f. 08.05-08 på Fremgarden, Rasta, d. 02.05-88. Skogfullmektig i Rausjø skog, Akershus 1943-1970. Navnet ble forandret til Framgården, etter forslag fra folkeskolelæreren hans på Rasta som var irritert på alt det danske!

Mor: Idun Framgården, f. Arnesen 24.06-14 på Mykleby.

Jeg har slektstavla helt tilbake til 1589 på farsida, men har ikke tid nå. Har du et faxnr, kan jeg fakse til deg.
