Subject: ? Sjoli/Holte

Asnes Boka states the Johanne Sjoli dau. of Tosten Sjoli b. 1854 m. Jon HOLTE son of Ole Jonsen Holte. Jon died 1888, where ? Johanne was my great aunt as her oldest brother Christ th Sjoli was my Grandfather. I have just started to research the Sjoli name when I came across the Holte name. I have been teying to translate the info from the Asnes boka but I have trouble reading norwegian and my on dictionary is mostly for genealogy words. Any help on these two names will be most helpful and greatly appreciated.
