"13. mars 1840 kjøpte Engebret Christoffersen gården Jønsberg i Løten. Engebret var ofte benyttet som takst- og skyldsettingsmann. Han eide en tid også halvdelen av Hammeren Bruk.

Engebret Christoffersen, f. i Stange 1805, d. 2/11/1885, g.m. Maria Olsdatter fra Vang, f.29/12/1817, d. 13/5/1870."

Hvem er foreldrene til Engebret? Kan han være Engebret Christoffersen fra Arstad (døpt 10/1/1808), i så fall er han ikke født 1805, men 1808?
