Ser i min database at det står det samme som du har om henne.

Foreldre ved dåp: Simen Andersen Øgle (ungkar) og pike Marie Johnsdtr. Slemdalen (ikke Stemdal).

Simen Andersen Øgle gifter seg 24.9.1837 m. Marie Pedersdtr. Hovde.

Når Oline Marthea gifter seg i 1870 står far oppf. som S. Johnsen.

Mulig forklaringen kan være at det er skrevet feil med hensyn til farsnavnet hans ved datterens giftermål.
