Foreldre: Jens Thoresen og Marthe Knutsdtr. Sætre.

Han ble ikke gift i Elverum før 1830. Mest sannsynlig er han gift i Stange hvor hun kom ifra. Har du sjekket der?
Har ikke giftermålene i Elverum etter 1830.
