Subject: Romedal og Valset

Jeg søker etter foreldrene til ekteparet Petter Johansen f. 1853, Romedal og Oline Eriksdatter f. 1851, Valset. Jeg har funnet 2 stykker i passende alder i 1865-tellingen for Romedal. De var begge lægdslem på hvert sitt sted, Oline på gården Ellingrud, og Petter på gården Busvold. Hva er lægdslem, og vanskeliggjør dette arbeidet med å finne foreldrene? Er det kun kirkeboka som kan gi meg et svar?
