You should be happy that your child is dyslexic; it will help her greatly in the future. Please look at the fallowing website from a leading dyslexia research:

Please note how the front part of the dyslexic's brain is a lot more active then general education students. This is the important part of the brain, dealing with higher order brain functions.

In other words your child will be do extremely well in graduate school. When I took graduate school classes it amazed me that my classmates could not come up with ground breaking research ideas, no matter how hard they tried. I did this repeatedly. However, my class mates where better readers and writers then me, so we traded skill sets.
