I've been there, where you are. I suggest you interview the school. Find out what they offer for your child. Special ed. IEP? You have to advocate for your child and then decide if they're equipped. We tried it after 3 years in public school and now 4 grade levels behind in reading, Little growth from where he enrolled, my 11 year old son is coming back home to be homeschooled. He's been bullied but did find a few things he liked about regular school. Band, recess games etc. Also he decided homeschooling has it's advantage. He needed to try it. He needed to go and now he needs to leave.
