Lance was surprised as her lythe form collapsed over him. Being the 90 lbs weakling that he is, he fell back and Zara continued to snuggle him? This was a surprise. Then remembered what happened LAST time Zara woke up with him next to her. He still felt the bruises from then.

Being EXTREMELY gentel, Lance sat up and whispered to Zara, "Next time I'll bring flowers. As for the door, you seemed hurt. Are you okay? More importantly are you feeling violent right now? Because if you are, I'll just leave you be so I can avoid the pain."

Lance looked down at the half-asleep woman, and was once again struck with an urge to protect this dangerous creature. Even though last time she'd more likely kill him than accept help. Then again, looking around the place, she seemed in no condition to refuse his help.

Looking down at her again he brushed a stray hair off her face, "Sleep if you want. I'll wait." He smiled.
