WASHINGTON IS ALSO A DIFFICULT STATE FOR DC'S, I AM AN LMP BUT I WORK WITH A CHIROPRACTOR IN OUR CLINIC AND IT DOESN'T SEEM THAT SIMPLE, HOWEVER WE DON'T HAVE MASSIVE ROLLING BLACKOUTS EITHER SO ITS YOUR CHOICE!
