Antitrust Implications re Discussion of Fees

While the WSCA encourages discussion about chiropractic issues in its website, we have to warn our members to strictly avoid two discussion items, (1) setting of fees and (2) advocating boycotts or any group action against any carrier or company. Price-fixing and boycotts can trigger both criminal and civil sanctions. This discussion forum is open to the public, is not password protected, and contributors or viewers of the forum are not screened. What is posted to this forum is open to the world, and that world contains persons interested in promoting the agenda of the carriers. Postings which ignore this warning will be removed.
