What we are all entitled to is our opinions. However, our scope of practice is what the profession has been based and founded in.

Who says? The scope of practice is not guided by the beleifs of people 100 years ago...how absurd.

"No matter how many people want to CHANGE the profession into what may be called a wide scope, it is including things that are not in our scope. That is why it is not chiropractic, nor has to do with adjusting."

Dogma at it's finest.

"There are two classes of Chiropractors, those who desire to know all they can of physiology, pathology, neurology and anatomy, and those who have an aversion for intelligence, do not want to take effect into consideration, depending only upon an examination of the spinous processes." DD. Palmer (I think he may be one of the founders :)

If you think MDs nor PTs are not learning to adjust your dead wrong. If you think people that want to expand thier scope don't have pride in chiropractic your also mistaken.

Listen, you do what ever you want, let others do what they want, don't push your dogmatic beleifs on others because of your personal take on what is or isn't chiropractic. If you think an adjustment is all that is needed for everyone then you haven't kept up with current science and are still stuck in that bone out of place, one cause, one cure era. If you need to send everyone out to a different provider because you don't like ice or nutrition or active care, fine, send them to me.
