you only stick one finger down your throat, and try wiggling it around for a while on the uvula that's on your toungue not the one on the top of your throat. Hope it helps

Being bulimic isnt a joke, you can kill yourself! If you want to lose weight go to the gym, work out with friends. Damaging your stomach isnt the answer. All your going to do is hurt yourself. Please help yourself being helping yourself.
God bless

hey i think i can help. throwing up is very easy. all you have to doo is eat a lot of. you have to eat untill you can not eat no more. once you fell sick stick oyu finger all the way down your throat and just move it around in circle. it is very easy after awhile it will come naturally. if you ar not sure that you want to become bulemic then do not do it. it can actually get out of hand. and should only be done with percuation

hey you don't really want to become belemic. i am and it sucks. it's an addiction and i have to go to counseling to overcome tthis horible thing. it affects your life. i've almost lost my boyfriend of over 3 years because of this. it can stop you period so you will never be able to have children. it causes so many emotional problems. please rethink this. it's just a cheating way to lose weight and overcome anger it don't work

Being bulemic sucks.. My sister was or is and i said i would never go down that root and thought no more of it until about 6 months ago i was feeling really good about myself and my bfriend at the time called me all sorts of fat names.. Thats when i started to think about food all the time and it drove me nutts.. i was so scared he was right and i was getting fat that i turned to being sick.. Now even if i try not to all my food comes up.. its way out of control and scary.. Pls pls dont do it.. Its sad to see people who are trying to find ways to be sick when others fell down that root.. BIG difference.

Being bulimic will not make you pretty. Your skin will look awful and it's an addiction. Do not take any advice from any of these people. It's a serious condition and will do no good for you. If you want to lose weight, do it the natural way and exercise, eat fruit and vegetables. You can becau=ome a healthy weight without sticking things down your throat and threatening your life.

I cannot believe that you people are actually trying to give each other advice on how to make yourselves throw up.
instead of being bulimic...which frigs up your entire body...why don't you try eating less and working out.

this is not a joke

its a serious illness that can KILL YOU and once you start doing it its unbelievably hard to stop.

tell ur parents, change schools, get home schooling, the answer is not loosing wieght, you feel the way you feel because of what others are saying, not because of what you really feel, if u never heard what they had to say, u'd never feel the way you do.

You should be ashamed of yourselfs being bulimic is not something that anyone should encourage if your fat you should eat healthy and exersice and you should of thought about it when you were eating the shit you were consuming I really can not believe what I'm reading its scary if your thinking about becoming bulimic you need to seek medical advice!!

[> Re: i want to become belemic!!! -- Ur nutz, 14:26:27 12/20/12 Thu

It's a deadly game yous are playing. Ur throwing up all the nutrients before ur body has a chance to absorb them. There are a thousand ways to control ur weight and yous have chosen the deadliest way because yous think it's the easiest. A bulimic teenage girl actually dropped dead in her class room from a lack of nutrients. Her heart gave out and her lungs shut down. So if you don't value your life or family at all, by all means continue down ur self destructive paths.

Glutamine is highly in demand throughout the body (gdes-311) -- Shahrukh, 11:05:07 09/08/09 Tue

Glutamine is highly in demand throughout the body. It is used in the gut and immune system extensively to maintain optimal performance. 61% of free-form amino acids floating in skeletal muscles is L-glutamine. L-glutamine plays a very important role in protein metabolism, and it appears to be a very important nutrient for body builders. When supplemented, it may help body builders reduce the amount of muscle deterioration that occurs because other tissues that need glutamine will not rob the glutamine stored in the muscle cells.

Research shows that after intensely working out, glutamine levels in the body are reduced by as much as 50%. Since the body relies on glutamine as cellular fuel for the immune system, scientific studies have shown that glutamine supplementation can minimize the breakdown of muscle tissue and improve protein metabolism. Its effects on replenishing the body after stress or trauma have been shown in Europe where it is commonly given to patients in hospitals. Glutamine's cell-volumizing effects have also been shown in several studies. No conclusive studies have been done to evaluate the effects of L-glutamine supplementation on weight-training adults; however, a recent study showed up to a 400% increase in growth-hormone levels when as little as 2 grams of free-form L-glutamine supplement was consumed! http://www.advantec-nutrition.com/Glutamine/Muscle_Gain.htm

Different languages(dgeh459) -- haider, 22:16:56 08/26/09 Wed

Under the Official Languages Act, Canada is an officially bilingual country. This means that Canadians have the right to get federal government services in English or French, no matter what part of Canada they are living in. New Brunswick is the only province that is officially bilingual.New Brunswick residents receive services in both official languages from all of their provincial government departments and agencies. In Quebec, French is the official language and in most cases, provincial and municipal services are provided in French. In the other provinces and territories, English is the official language, and the availability of provincial services in both official languages varies. At the municipal level, the availability of services in both official languages varies greatly. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/biling.htm

Settlement in Canada (gder421) -- Muhammad Raza, 04:10:23 08/02/09 Sun

This sitewill help you get ready to leave your home country and make a new life in Canada. It was written especially for newcomers. It tells you what documents you will need to bring, what to expect in the first few days and weeks, how to find a place to live, get a Social Insurance Number and a healthcare card, and find a job. It also explains what services you can expect to receive from the immigrant-serving organizations across Canada. You will also find useful information about Canada's geography, history, government and way of life, and how to become a Canadian citizen. You can either read this site from cover to cover, or one section at a time, depending on what you need to know. If you have access to the Internet, you can do more research before you leave for Canada by visiting the Web sites listed. A Newcomer's Introduction to Canada was written to give you helpful information for planning ahead, but it is not a detailed guide. When you arrive in Canada, you will be recieved a book called Welcome to Canada: What You Should Know, from the Government of Canada It contains specific information on all the practical aspects of living in Canada. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/synopsis.htm

Hands beauty care your nails. (KDEF-1204) -- Farooq, 12:52:49 05/09/09 Sat

Apply hand lotion and begin to massage the palm of your hand with the thumb of your other hand. This will help to circulate the blood. Work your way over the remainder of the hand and then repeat giving equal time to the other hand. Before color is applied to nails, they must be cleaned and the easiest way to do this is with an orange stick that has been wrapped with cotton. Dip into nail polish remover and then rub over the surface of the nail. Check the nail for any creamy residue. When none remains, your nails will be ready for polishing. Time for color. Pick up a small amount of polish on your brush and paint one stroke down the center of your nail. Your brush should hold just enough color to accomplish this. Stroke the sides of the nail and you are done. The nail should be completely colored in three strokes. Allow to set for a minute or so before applying the second coat. Wait until polish is set (dry to the touch) and then apply the top coat. Don't skip this step as it not only adds life to your manicure, it will protect your nails as well. Sanitize all of your equipment with alcohol and when they are dry, store them away until the next manicure. Nail Tips: Nail polish can be stored in the fridge. If your nail polish is too thick, try thinning with a polish thinner. To prevent the cap from sticking, coat it with a little Vaseline to prevent this from happening. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/nailcare.html

Be healthy and enjoy the life.(OEMarchLa-5985243-9) -- Shabahat, 04:45:00 05/09/09 Sat

Shake your Body!
Every day find new ways to move your body. Use the stairs rather than an escalator or elevator. Walk your dog (or a neighbours' dog if you don't have one!) , chase your kids, play ball with friends, mow the lawn. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute cardiovascular class or body pump or kickboxing. Move more and feel better!
Cut the Fat
Don't eat the obvious fat in your diet such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Eat dairy products like cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts and even then in their low fat verions. Most are available in lower fat versions.
Reduce Stress
Stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. (i.e., go back to number one above!, exercise is a great stress reducer, Soak in a hot tub; walk on the beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; play with your dog; listen to soothing music; watch a funny movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible. Stop Smoking
All the experts agree on this one. Ever since 1960 when it was announced that smoking was harmful to your health, people have been reducing their use of tobacco products. Just recently, we've seen a surge in smoking in adolescents and teens. Warn your children of the false romance or 'tough guy' image of smokers. Find ways to quit smoking hypnosis, support groups and even prescription medicine such as Zyban is available to help you.
Reduce your exposure to Pollution
Not everyone can live in a smog-free environment, but we can all avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing in highway fumes and exercising near busy thoroughfares. Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise indoors in air conditioning where air quality is good. Plant lots of shrubbery in your yard. It's a good pollution deterrent. If you ride a bicycle in traffic, where a small pollution mask over your mouth and nose.
Clunk Click every Trip
Statistics show that the wearing of seat belts add to longevity and help alleviate potential injuries in car crashes.
Floss Your Teeth
Harvard Medical School studied longevity and found one of the most important contributing factors was daily flossing! Flossing and brushing your teeth daily can make your RealAge as much as 6.4 years younger. These studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. Nobody knows exactly why. Perhaps it's because people who floss tend to be more health conscious than people who don't?
Maintain a Positive Mental Outlook
There's a definitive connection between living well and healthily and having a cheerful outlook on life. Yes, keep on smiling and laughing!
Pick Your Parents Well !
The link between genetics and health is a powerful one. You can't pick your parents, but just because one or both of your parents died young in ill health doesn't mean you can't counteract the genetic pool handed you. So follow the first 9 tips above. for more details visit: http://www.nikharearab.com/toptentips.html

Hands beauty care your nails. (ABC) -- ABC, 05:52:18 03/17/09 Tue

Canada consists of 10 provinces and three territories in five main regions: the Atlantic
region, Central Canada, the Prairies, the West Coast and the North. The culture and
population are different in each region. The Atlantic region consists of the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Be healthy and enjoy the life.(ODF2256) -- mirza tausif baig, 12:33:57 02/13/09 Fri

What is slimmer face (KWSR-436) -- Raheed, 10:06:26 01/28/09 Wed

Make-up timeline : To ensure your eyes stay healthy and free of infection when using make-up, heed the following due-date rules. Throw out your mascara after three months, powder eye shadows every nine to 18 months, and cream eye shadows every six to 12 months. Sharpen your eyeliners often to keep them clean.
Mascara mistakes: To avoid mascara flake-off or smudging on your face, apply a thin cost of mascara to top lashes only. Then run an eyelash brush through lashes to prevent clumpy mascara build-up. Get a rosy glow: Want your face to radiate a healthy glow? Try using a gel blush or cream (instead of powder) in a rosy shade of pink to create a more natural look. Gels or creams are more transparent and blend smoothly – rub it on the apples of your cheek and blend up towards the eye for a glowing complexion. Minute manicure: Need a fast fix for unpolished nails? File nails into a square shape, buff them to create a bit of shine and apply a clear coat of polish. Next rub in cuticle oil around the edges of the nail and moisturize your whole hand. It takes less than 15 minutes and will give your appearance a polished look. Brow etiquette: The trend in eyebrows for this season is natural looking, not sparse and skinny. Use a tinted brow definer or eyeshadow to fill in scanty brows. Fix tired feet: Pamper your tired feet with a luxurious footbath. Fill a basin with warm water and add a few drops of essential oils. Next place marbles or small stones (found at your local garden centre) into the basin. Run your toes and soles of your feet over the marbles, and relax for 15 minutes. visit:http://www.nikhar-e-arab.com/slimfacemakeup.html

Get rid of bed breath.(ODJ2239) -- muhammad hashsham Iqbal, 06:22:13 01/28/09 Wed

Bad breath (halitosis) is a common problem which often comes from the activity of bacteria in the mouth. Although there is no way of knowing for sure, most adults probably suffer from bad breath occasionally, with perhaps a quarter suffering on a regular basis. Bad breath is a sure-fire way to send potential suitors scrambling for the exits. Chances are, that yummy chicken you enjoyed at lunch is still hanging around in your mouth, which can cause less-than-pleasant-smelling bacteria to form, especially on your tongue. Our bad-breath weapon of choice is a tongue scraper, which some say resembles a medieval torture implement but is actually a disposable U-shaped plastic tool with tiny ridges on one side. It's very easy to use, and it will help clear away any leftover food and odor-causing bacteria that have settled on your tongue. Starting at the back of your mouth, gently drag the scraper along your tongue two or three times, rinsing it in between each pass. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/badbreath.html

Hands beauty care your nails. (old) -- raza, 05:56:12 01/23/09 Fri

Hands beauty care your nails. (KADU-464) -- umair, 03:59:46 01/23/09 Fri

Eat out On diet (KWSI-339) -- irum, 15:22:46 01/13/09 Tue

One of the most common problems people have with losing weight is pitfalls like eating out. Here are a few ways you can control how much you eat:As soon as your food is served, ask for a box and put half of your meal into it, to take home. Restaurant portions are usually twice the size they should be anyway. Don't ruin a nice, low fat salad with creamy dressing. Go for the vinaigrette or oil and vinegar, and use them sparingly.
Don't let yourself down by getting (or sharing) a dessert. Order some fruit or Jell-O instead, if you must have something sweet. Arrive with a healthy meal in mind and ask for it without opening your menu. This will spare you the pain of looking at an array of temptation. After each bite, put your fork down, and don't pick it up again until you've completely swallowed the last bite. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/eatoutondiet.html

Eat out On diet (ODD2226) -- Zeshan Habib, 04:17:49 01/13/09 Tue

How to speed up metabolism (0D022005H) -- Shakir ali, 23:31:14 11/07/08 Fri

Don't skip breakfast. You will lose weight more quickly if you have a bite to eat in the morning. Drink hot water with lemon Eat hot meals rather than cold. Your metabolism speeds up very slightly when you eat and again if the food is hot. Do at least thirty minutes of cardiovascular exercise, five days a week. This will condition you to burn fat more efficiently. Don't deprive your body of carbohydrates, no matter what they say.
You need carbs for energy and will feel terrible without them. Wear a pedometer and see that you take 1,000 steps every day. If you have a sit-down job, get up every hour and walk around for five minutes or so. Dedicate two hours a week to weight training, concentrating on the larger muscles. Every other day is optimal. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/spendupmetabolism.html

Hands beauty care your nails. (256) -- fahad ali, 04:21:57 11/07/08 Fri

Different language(ods1908 ) -- sohail ahmed, 07:52:59 11/06/08 Thu

How to speed up metabolism (ODO22005H) -- Shakir ali, 21:55:58 11/03/08 Mon

Employment in regulated professions and trades in Canada.(KDDES-273) -- faisal, 15:01:35 10/27/08 Mon

In Canada, about 20 percent of jobs are regulated by the government to protect public health and safety. For example, nurses, doctors, engineers, teachers and electricians all work in regulated professions.People who want to work in regulated jobs need to get a licence from the regulatory body in the province in which they live.If you want to know more about how to enter a particular profession or trade in a particular province, you should contact the provincial regulatory body for that job.The professions are selfregulating and they administer the provincial laws that apply to their profession. Rules for entering professions also differ from province to province. for more information visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/employment.htm

How to Eat(ODO2199) -- Ubaid, 18:01:00 10/22/08 Wed

Limit yourself to no more than two servings of red meat per week. Make sure that no more than a quarter of your calories comes from fat. Cook your own meals at home and avoid eating at restaurants as much as possible. Eat six to eleven servings of complex carbohydrates (fruits and whole grain breads, pasta and cereals), but avoid white flour when possible. Don't go crazy on the protein. Too much doesn't add muscle, contrary to popular belief. It just turns to fat. Boycott mayonnaise and butter (or margarine). Get them out of your refrigerator. Learn to live without them. Don't be afraid to try low or reduced fat versions of your favorite foods. You may actually like them better when you don't feel guilty eating them. Stay away from energy bars, which imply that they will transform you into a fit person. Most of them are loaded with calories. Make your own smoothies. Those made commercially usually contain fattening syrups, but your home-made smoothies (without the gunk) are very healthy. Use all the garlic, oregano, etc. that you want. Eating healthy doesn't mean you can't pack your food with flavor. Pack a sandwich made with whole-grain bread for lunch. Breads with high fibre make you feel fuller than white bread. Get at least 25 grams of fibre every day. Not only does it ward off disease, but it actually blocks the absorption of calories. Don't be fooled by "fat free" labels. Many of these foods contain a lot of sugar, which eventually turns into fat anyway.
Don't fall into the "it's okay to eat chicken" trap. The Crispy Chicken and Filet o' Fish sandwiches at McDonalds each contain more than twice the fat of a McDonald's hamburger. If you need whipped cream, whip up chilled evaporated skim milk - your creation will contain only half a gram of fat per cup. Use extra water in hot cereals to reduce the amount of milk and butter you use. Use seasoned rice vinegar on salads and veggies. It tastes similar to oil and vinegar, but is is fat-free and has very few calories. Cook rice in a mixture of half water, half fruit juice to give it subtle flavor without butter and salt. visit: http://nikhar-e-arab.com/howtoeat.html

Eat out On diet (KDEA-206) -- AMIR ABRO, 10:03:05 10/15/08 Wed

Canada Pension Plan.(ODA2154) -- Kashif raeez, 19:08:25 09/20/08 Sat

Even if you have many years of experience, you do not automatically have the right to practise your trade or profession in Canada. In most cases, you will need to have your credentials assessed to see whether you need more training, education or Canadian work experience before being qualified to practise. You may wish to get your credentials evaluated before you leave for Canada. The following organizations can tell you how to get your credentials assessed. The Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials Web site (www.cicic.ca) has information on academic and occupational credentials for all of Canada and lists nearly 200 professions and trades, in alphabetical order. When you click on your profession or trade, you will find a link to the address and telephone number of the professional or trade association, the addresses and telephone numbers of provincial evaluation services and regulatory agencies, and labour market information (for example, whether there is a demand for people with your particular trade or profession). You will also be able to find out whether your profession or trade is regulated. The Centre does not grant equivalencies or assess credentials. It gives advice and refers newcomers to sources of help. Track For You (OP5808) -- RASHID MAHMOOD, 11:16:00 09/18/08 Thu

Reward yourself regularly, (don't use food as a reward) buy a new outfit, get a new hair style, even if it's just a grin of approval in the mirror. Don't weigh yourself every day. Instead, get on the weight scales once a week to avoid discouragement.
Instead of obsessing over your weight, keep track of your waist measurement, body fat percentage or clothing size. Have 2 pieces of clothing to help you track your progress. ! that's way too tight and one that fits perfectly at the start of your diet. Try them on every 4 weeks. Create a small graph like the one below with one line that shows your weekly target progress and the other that shows your actual progress. Canadian life(OD2121) -- M Wasil, 16:47:41 09/17/08 Wed

Lining up or queuing: People normally line up or queue according to the principle of "first-come, first-served." They will be angry if you push ahead in a lineup instead of waiting your turn. Not smoking in private homes: Most Canadians do not smoke. When you are in people's homes, you should always ask their permission to smoke. If they do not smoke themselves, they may ask you to go outside to smoke. Being on time: You should always arrive on time - at school, at work and for any meeting. People who are often late may be fired from their jobs or suspended from school. Many Canadians will not wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for someone who has a business meeting. For social events, people expect that you will arrive within half an hour of the stated time. Respect for the environment: Canadians respect the natural environment and expect people to avoid littering (dropping waste paper and other garbage on the street or throwing it out of your car). They expect you to hold on to your garbage until you can find a proper garbage can. Bargaining: Bargaining for a better price is not common in Canada, but there are some exceptions. For example, almost everyone bargains for a better price when buying a car or a house, or other expensive items such as furniture. People who sell things privately may also bargain. Smart shopping: Stores compete with one another to attract customers, so it is wise to check and compare prices at different stores before you buy. Note: The price marked on goods in stores does not usually include the federal and provincial sales taxes, which add from 7 percent to 15 percent to the cost of an item, depending on the province in which you buy it. visit: http://settlement_in_canada.sitesled.com/impsocial.htm
