Subject: new here with feelings of blue

I found my self today, after watching a tv show, crying uncontrollably. I can not figure out what the reason is, was it just simple compasion of the hurt and loss the cast members share or is it this deep rooted longing that i cannot put a finger on? It happens each time i watch a new episode I cry then i try to figure out why i too feel that deep down loss. I imagin that maybe its a loss of innocence, a lost love, friends i long left behind, the childhood i never had what is it in me that makes me want to cry each time i watch it?
