I've been in depression for about 20 years and in severe depression for the last 10 years. I cry, I hurt, I'm angry,I have no self convience, no energy, just don't people to be around me. I have came to this program, because I do not like to be or with people. I feel like I'm being crowed and have a panic attack. My husband just knows how to push my buttons and try to pick a fight. He says that there is nothing wrong with me. I have lost my last to jobs 1. 51/2 years and 2. 3 years do to my mental and emotional health. I'm on disabilty. I get confused and forget things often. I'm at the end of my rope. I would like for someone to give me some insight.
It would greatly appreciated.
