Hi Jodi, I wish I had some encouraging words for you, but I'm kind of short on optimism myself. But I do know how you feel. I just quit meds, therapy, and my job all at the same time - I just couldn't deal with it anymore. I think all three were bad for me. But all I can say is that no matter how bad I might feel, I always know how to keep myself going. I just got back from vacation in Florida- since I'm now unemployed and have lots of free time :)- I was hoping it would make me feel better but it didn't. Anyway, I know you can hang in there. Tom
