The reference to future shock and insanity is borrowed from George Orwell and his philosphies. We're pretty sane as individuals but put us together as a group and we may become unstable with the right circumstances. The circumstances today are much the same as always; greed, sex, power but with so many people connected, there doesn't take much too create a real storm of unstability. Usama was hoping for as much. Didn't work but his attempt was greatly felt.

This is a very chaotic world. It always was but there was a large buffering zone between stable and unstable societies. Not now though. We're connected and if someone so much as farts in China, we know about it here!

Guess there's good and bad with present times. I'm holding up better than I have ever before and do appreciate that. But still, its just a crazy world we live in.
