That sucks big time! I can imagine...why your losing your patience! I know.....car trouble.....will leave....you feeling horrible. I've been there. I hope those nosy neighbors.....won't bother you or your stuff....I wouldn't feel secure if they were around my area, just......nosing around. They may be (just kids)--but I've seen my share of trouble makers too. It's not a good feeling, believe me.....call 911.....if trouble starts! I hope they don't bother your cats.....I know.....I would be mad.....too!! That's terrible......(that the other neighbor did that to you..)--there's so many homeless kitties.....around, why steal one? Geesh......! Best, Gem
