I had the best time. It was a long, long drive....but beautiful. I got car sick a few times, not used to the hills and vales. It was hot when we were there! We fished a little......and my hubbie caught some trout, and my son a big Salmon! It was great seeing my family and my dad. He seemed so frail.....and all! It was bitter-sweet! But...we crossed a few boundaries...a few times, and I just picked myself up and hugged him and told him, that I loved him. Nothing else to add....or say. I think, he perked up a bit too. His eating improved when we were there. My son and husband cut the grass for him,.....and I cleaned the bathroom, and we bought him dinner out. But because he'd get too excited, we'd leave him some time to himself to rest, or just take time.......for himself. We went to a movie......had dinner one night at my brother's and saw my other brother.....and....it was great. And.......it was just run and run!! I am exhausted!! So good to be home....though......and even though....I've said.....I hate my own house, I guess, I really don't. I love it, and missed it, and my kitties. So --I found out some things about myself. And I brought too much clothes with me....and......I bought some Ohio pottery to bring back with me. My dad gave me some avon bottles, some people collect them....and I have had a few. I didn't know he had so many.....their nice. I love the ones he gave me. Me hoping for the best, and I missed all of you! How are you all??? Gem
