It is hard to find good people to take care of children. One of my niece's is a nanny to a rich family and she does very well. She's a good kid, so I know, she does a good job. I'm sure, your a good nanny too! I used to babysit out of my home, when the kids were little....but the demands some people made were outrageous, and so I stopped after a year. It seems like only yesterday.....though! I kind of wished, I spent more time, enjoying the kids, instead of worrying.....though. Gem
