Hi Jonathan, I believe that you did do the right thing as far as Rhonda is concerned. I know this hurts you a great deal, but look, you stood up for yourself!!! Great job.
Maybe it is time for you to start divorce proceedings...get yourself free of her all together. This is her 4th relationship while still married to you??? Let her deal with her own financial problems I say. I am proud of you.

You will not spend the rest of your days alone...you will find someone to share your life with, when you are emotionally ready. Maybe if you finish with Rhonda, you can heal and feel better about going out and meeting people.

As far as excuses go...use them. I did the same thing..."Oh, I can't do it this week cause there are parent teacher conferences", or "the cat is sick, and I can't leave it now..." or a host of other excuses that kept me
ALIVE!!! Think of some...use one every day until the crisis passes. You are a valuable person Jonathan, and you deserve to have some happiness in this life.

A good friend told me once..."don't give up 5 minutes before the miracle happens". I really believe that...

Love, Mikki
