Scott, I have to thank you sincerely for sharing that life formula from the UPS with me. I can see why it is a widely accepted formula for success in life.
I know I've always preached and hollered about keeping one's spirit going and that is really vital, it's nice to see that validated by your post.
It was also interesting to see why I think I'm so out of balance, I think work and survival is smothering me right now and it's caused a lot of damage to my spirit and I'm also still in the long painful process of accepting my family for who they are and what I will never have where close ties are concerned.
I honestly think I need to up the interest in hobbies and try to balance my evenings after work by doing some enjoyable things instead of laying around wasted with no energy.
But honestly, I can really see where you are coming from, a ten hour day at that doctor's office drains me completely.
I come home and I have the energy of a drunk turtle.
But maybe with Spring and more sunshine and maybe some better balanced days somehow ahead, I can try my best to shift things to that formula which I think is right on target.
