Francie, I know what you mean but in different respects. A couple of my co-workers have pulled me aside and asked if I'm upset because they know I'm pulling the majority share of the work, I work my tail off in that office, even when things are slow, I keep busy and don't partake in the "tea parties" where cooking and gardening seem to out favor patient care.
Take Care and I wish you the patience you need, you are right, some people want to work, others don't and don't appreciate they have a job!
