Hi Francie, Glad to meet you but sorry that you too have to deal with the disease. While it tends to be low grade depression, it can wear you down in the long run especially if you don't work to keep it in check. I used to not have a clue and that really made it frustrating. I do pretty good today. Have a fair bit of success finacially and in marriage. Although my cash reserves have been somewhat depleted by an amazing cross country odysee that would take sometime to talk about. But it started in west tx and ends in aiken, sc. Speaking of Odysee's, read my post above about Shackletons adventure.
