I feel a glimmer of hope with Spring coming too, yesterday I was invited to the steeplechase horse races and went. My boss and his family were there with a buffett set up tailgate style in the fields and I ate good food and took pictures of the horses.
They were beautiful horses and I loved the way the ground rumbled underneath with stamping hoofs right before they came around the corner of the race track.
Stopped by Sandy and Scotts later and had some good food and watched some of Dances With Wolves. Good movie. I want a wolf now for a pet. :)
It felt good to get out. Now if I can just build on those kind of moments and not backtrack.
