Subject: God does not give us more than we can handle?

Hi,
I just wanted to say that I dislike when people say to me the expression "God does not give us more than we can handle".Does that mean that people who ultimately commit suicide are failures? I don't think so. I read somewhere that suicide is the result of someone not finding the help that they need soon enough. I don't believe that suicide is a sin. I think it is sad and tragic, and someone is more likely to do it if they don't have loved ones to stick around for. I would describe myself more Agnostic than anything else. Sometimes I send up prayers.... but ultimately it is me who chooses to fight on.

Francie
