I'm so glad you posted. I've missed you a lot and I felt so bad about your last post. I didn't want you to think we didn't care about you. I haven't been spending a lot of time online lately. For one thing, I'm too impatient and the time it took to load web pages drove me nuts. But we have DSL now and man what a difference. I'd give you my new email address but since we have the ex and his wife snooping on this board, I don't want to post it. If you don't mind leaving your's I'll email you..or I think Scott left his. Maybe you could email him and then I'll send it to you.

Hate is a hard thing to fight. The ex and his wife have given me every reason in the world to hate them with all the crap they have pulled over the years and I used to spend a lot of time and energy on those negative emotions. I guess it's true that time does help. I rarely give them a second thought now, unless they are causing trouble. I guess I finally got to a point where I just don't care for the most part. The funny thing is that his wife made a comment to Scott that I must still have feelings for Dennis...what a joke!!! I nearly fell over laughing on that one. She thinks she's found a prince but I wonder how long it's going to take her to realize it doesn't matter how many times she kisses this frog...he'll still be a frog. If he was the last man on earth, I'd just be single the rest of my life. I look at him now and think "what did I see in him". I don't find him even remotely attractive.

Anyway, hopefully with time you'll get to that point too and just let it go and get on with the rest of your life. You deserve some happiness in life and someone to treat you with love and respect. I've been much happier with Scott than I ever was with the ex. There's just no comparison. Scott's a better man in every way. I hope you find that too with your new lady. I hope you find the peace and happiness you've always wanted.
