Haven't read the responses so I figure what I say probably has already been written.

When I go into a deep depression, I tend to tune the rest of the world out and focus mostly on myself. I think thats necessary just as if I were injured some other way physically. But because others may not see that I am physically down, they may think I am just a self-indulgent, albeit negative type of person. But when I'm funtioning well, I tend to be alot more focused on the world around.....at least thats my opinion:)
