starting a complete herbal regimen with vitamins and herbs which I hear work wonders for depression and anxiety and an evening med for the stress/anxiety headaches I get sometimes, so hoping that will help even me out.
trips to the ocean did help (thanks for taking me, sandy and scott).
work is work, I am thankful to be working, some days are good, some days I leave in tears, all jobs are tough nowdays, receptionists are among those who just tend to get the brunt of everyone's unhappiness or frustrations in life.
in dealing with so many people in a given day, the bad ones are tough to take. but i deal with it. more office politics and changes coming, we'll see what happens.
plugging along, the weeks are blurs, i leave at dusk and get home after dark, pet the cats, eat dinner, and go to bed. that's the extent of it. but atleast I have a home, two loving pets, and food in the cupboard. could be worse.
thanks for thinking of me, I'm still here, just in the shadows I guess.
