Eric,
I have not seen the movie but read (make that tried to read) the book. It must be very frustrating for our spouses. Especially if they knew us before we suffered our first episode of depression. My husband has not really ever known me any other way. Thank goodness he is a caring and compassionate man. I think even in the worst of depression, we need to always let our spouses know how thankful we are that they try to help us.
