I agree (it's really nice to see you here Deb and thanks much for your e-mails yesterday, they always make me smile-weather's much nicer up this way though!)
Sandy, haven't mentioned yet I think the new look is really great, it's nice to look at and it's very inviting.

Gem, thanks for your e-mail this week too, and again, I'm very proud of you for the way you've handled things lately.
You've really increased in strength and courage and I see progress in you.
