Just wanted to say thanks for your support regarding my post about job stress and for recognizing that doctor's office employees do their best to keep the ball rolling when it comes to seeing patients. Every day is a struggle to stay on time and such, emergencies arise, some need more attention, some arrive late, some arrive early and want to be seen early, I swear, somedays it's like figuring a strategy to make things run smooth.
some are patient, but some aren't and just don't understand.
maybe I shouldn't expect them too so much, though.
anyway, thanks for your encouragement!
