HI ITS ME LEEANN YES I EXPERIENCE THEM ALOT IF YOU ARE A WOMAN AND IF YOU ARE IN YOUR LATE30S OR OLDER THAT COULD BE PART OF THE PROBLEM.
I AM NOW ON ESTROGEN I TAKE PREMERIN 0.625 1 PILL A DAY I KNOW THAT HELPS ME A GREAT DEAL.
I ALSO HEARD VITIAMIN E IS GOOD TOO.
NOWW BAOUT THE FEET MY FEET ARE ALWAYS COLD!!
MY HUSBAND MAKES FUN OF ME BECAUSE I WEAR LONG JOHNS AND SOCKS TO BED CAUSE I AM SO COLD BLOODED
BUT TRY THE VITIAMIN E THAT MIGHT HELP.
