yes sometimes its true we lose our contacts and it very hard to make new friends while so depressed. ont thing i hve done is go to a support group run thru the hosp went 2 years and just left hve friends from there. i hve some support from family they liv in the other end of canada i hope that u maybe able to get friends from this support post often as i will be coming in here every day i hve u in my thoughts and u r not alone plese take care sincerely donna
