Subject: forces pull me...

Here I am and I have been med free for about a year and a half. I'm thinking tho that I need to go see my doc. As much as I try to talk myself out of that possibility I am thinking that I am suffering from depression again. In the past three weeks more often than not I am awake at 2 in the morning unable to go back to sleep. I have been having mild anxiety attacks for no apparent reason. I've been moodier than usual which is hard to take cause I am a meloncholy sort of gal anyways. Been shedding a few more tears than usual as well. Concentration has been off and I have been forgetful. So what do you think guys and gals...am I right? Do I need an appointment??
