That sounded so much like me...I thought I was going absolutely crazy...before going on meds...still needed 'more' and didn't know where to turn and Dave found me on another site...and 'saved' me. It has always been a sense of the unreal..that he spotted me in a list of posts and directed me here.

Our partners...seem to be at a loss. For Lorne and I, I have found, giving him a heads up...right when I am feeling down...lets him know ahead of time...before I totally break down...now, he knows some times he just can't help and needs to let the depression run its course. He used to get so frustrated that he couldn't help and I took that to mean he was angry with me...

So, take the time, to talk and even if you are afraid to reveal them...investigate your fears together...
