I talked to mom this morning. She says things went ok last night, considering....but my friend and her family are devastated. I wish I could be there for them. Being with Lorne and being home....makes me feel safer...but I know that I would be able to handle it if I were there.

Thanks so much for all your support...it means the world. I am ok...this seems to be the turning point for me...but next week will be the test.

Michele sweetie, I do have your number...and if I need to call believe me, I will....for now, I am going through some management skills I learned at therapy...and they are helping. Writing, was one of the middle steps...getting my emotions under control and coming to terms with the fact that it was an 'episode' and that was all, and that it would pass, was the first steps taken...now, the road back, calls for rest and relaxing.

I love you girl..all of you...for being there when I need you most...you can never truly understand how close you are to me....except for me to say, without all of you, I would be truly lost. Thanks so much.
