I am also sorry to hear that you are going through difficult times. In my case, I just got tired of punishing him for not being who I needed. Also, I got tired of the person I became with him. Bitter and disappointed.. and that was not how I wanted to live my life. I made so many mistakes. I have forgiven him now I just have to forgive myself. Mostly for not leaving a long time ago when it became clear. I also realized that I deserve to be happy.

I pray for healing for us both. Also, Dave, I pray for your improved health.
