Yes, usually after a particularly bad day of it. There is a limit to the endurance of the human spirit. You wouldn't think so by watching hollywood scripts but the military has always known it and has expertly utilized those limits.

I don't have the mental strength I once had but I might be better a pacing myself now (fingers crossed as I say that).

I don't know what has worn you down recently, but if you have an outlet or someway to take a break, please feel justified in using it. I guarentee you that all the seemingly best in this world take full advantage of finding a peaceful moment.
