Hi Jonathan!!! How are you??? I lurk here mostly, occasionally post sometimes. I have been reading your story, and let me say that I think you are a very strong person!!! I remember reading your story (the one you did in serial parts) and I thought that it must be a very strong person to overcome those adversities. So I tip my hat off to you, and hope the future brings you some peace.

A little about me, I am 36, a mother of a very interesting 13 year old. I sometimes go by the nick Mikki, but I am trying to get away from that for now. I am a lab manager for a satellite clinic for a Pontiac hospital system in Michigan. I suffer from bipolar 2 disorder, and currently am stable on meds. I had 6 ECT treatment is February of this year, and it changed my life. For 11 years, I rode the roller coaster nonstop. Now my life is settled. I have reconnected with my husband (whom I was about to divorce), am raising my daughter in confidence, and really making a mark in my career. I guess my point of all of this is you can recover. I will always have to watch my moods and control my impulses, but for the most part...I am ok...and finally at peace. Now I hope that I don't get killed in some war related terrorism....wouldn't that be a kicker???
Just find peace only to be wiped off the face of the earth!!LOL. Anyway, thanks so much for saying HI!! I will check on you, and if you ever need someone to talk to...I am here. I left my email addy for you...
