Good for you on getting out. I forced myself to take the dog out for a long walk. I was really proud of my dog because he behaved himself quite well. Initially I was proud of myself for getting out also. I wish I did not have to fight this feeling of inertia to do anything positive. It makes me want to scream! I feel so angry at having to fight, struggle. I see my meds doctor today. I am frustrated.
