Maybe, your smarter than what you give yourself credit for? I always think, I am...a loser too, though I don't know why?
A negative self-image can make you feel depressed..despite the good things you do, do. My doctor made me make a list of 10 things I am good at ,a nd I had a miserable time thinking of any. Try that sometime...and see if you can do it. Then she said, (see, you have no...self-esteem). I said....(gee, ya think so?) LOL! NO, I didn't say that out loud, but that's what I was thinking....so she told me...to buy one of those self-help books with the nice things in it...and say one (good thing to myself everyday)--in the mirror! I felt such a fool! Telling myself, (Gee, I'm smart and pretty!)--and laughed myself silly the first week!
But you get the drift, but she said, (which is true)--if you can't like you, who else can? She is right, it starts with the self....! I don't know if this helps or not, but I hope it does. Best, Gem
