Subject: Shackleton's Antartic Adventure

Most people here probably already have read or seem something about this. For me, it's one of the greatest modern survival stories. I think the most emotionally appealing aspects of his trials was his concern for his crews mental and physical health. I think its a very appropriate subject given the title of this website and its mission.

If you have time to research the site go to http://main.wgbh.org/imax/shackleton/shackleton.html

There is also an Imax film of it as well as a documentary that shows on the history and discovery channel.
