Easier said than done, I know. It's amazing how we beat ourselves up when we already feel bad enough. I'm feeling pretty good for nothing too. I don't want to work and I'm sitting here on my butt looking at all these boxes I need to be unpacking...I really just want to go back to bed and forget it.

YOu're taking care of your daughter, that's something and it's not the easiest job in the world. Try to look at it that way, if you can.
