Well... add honesty and perseverance and courage to that list. Remember that you can not judge yourself in that unforgiving light! Just let others tell you what they think of you and write that down on your list and read it ten times a day! TEN TIMES DAY! You will start to believe it and you will stop the negative messages that you listen to when staring into your eyes in that mirror! The question is... will you do it? I for one, have not done so! Why? Because I have gotten comfortable feeling sorry for myself!

That is what depression does for you. I have found that when I stay with bright and lively people; I feel better about myself. I feel depressed when I ISOLATE! Which is easy to do... and safe... or is it???
