Well I actually dont mind people sending crapy items. I am sure most of us knows what is a crapy item and if not we ask the others. And if you do send a a crapy item, "The Banker" just would sell it and put the gold/silver into the guild funds. Maybe a level range on the item in the bank lets say lvl 40+ if the item is not super good that is :-D

I also against a point system, but more the NEED category.
But this meens people needs to follow the guild bank status on a page we have to make. (Have one in mind)
A newly deposit item must be in bank maybe 2 days before anyone can ask for it, so everyone got a chance to ask for it and the banker/bankers to update the status page. Then we follow the NEED and Roll.

Regs:
Hard to get regs and regs that is used alot.
eks: Runcloth for first aid, and regs for major mana/hp and swiftness potions.

But if you get something from the bank, you also need to contribute something. That does not meen you need to give the bank anything, but maybe just help out the lowbies for a while with questing. (Something guild related)

I actually have to bank characters in mind one for items and another one for regs.

This is just some of my ideas.
