actually I must admit that I dont think this will work as I dont know any single one in the guild that doesnt need the money from sold items or regs himself to buy better gear / level up a profession or get a horse or whatever.
I for myself, e. g., have to bring up loots of gold to get rid of my depts atm tbh...and I dont want to sound egoistic here, of course I will contribute stuff that Mercs can use, but I just want to say that I simply dont believe in the overall sociality of all players.

there will definitely be some that put in their stuff and most of the others will take it I fear without ever giving something in by themselves. and if we kick every single person that doesnt contribute anything for a few weeks than we will loose 2/3 of the guild IMO.

ah well lets be optimistic...
