Listen, I am just one guy. I can't see that we have a guild if everything stands and falls with me. Isn't this more than "Ras' Guild"? If that is the case, then I want a rename :)

If this IS more, then help each other. Everyone has a chance to help, and Atlanticus and Dario will need it. First of all, you can help by getting your asses up to max level. We still have half of the MRC core at lower than 60 - not good for the guild, since it is easier to influence the rest if the core is stronger and together.

We need recruits. And we don't need more lowlevels, that will stop around lvl35-40 anyway, but solid recruits, that have proven, that they are gonna stay with the game. That is why I tried to introduce a 45'ish recruitment limit, because those ppl have already shown that they are more likely to stay.

So if you wanna help out, recruiting 45+'ers (preferably 50+ really) would be a good place to start.

And then we have to make sure, that the guys are some, that we want to continue playing with. I would in fact be up for making an age limit of 20 for recruits. That ensures it is mature ppl, who don't get all itchy every time they see a shiny item and wants to ninja-loot it. Or that don't listen and do whatever they want when they like, plans or no plans.

And be there. Be there for the events. Often Atlanticus and I have been the only ones there from the core of the guild. A good way to really help out, is to play with us, so we show the way to the rest of the people. Also, it is alot more fun being together.

Respect the events. If you disrespect it, so will everyone else (not talking about you here, Widower).

And show some initiative. Don't let it be up to only 1-2 guys to run everything. They might burn out.

Remember that there is now Atlanticus and Dario who mainly run the guild. If you leave everything to them, then they might burn out too. So help them.

MRC has over 50 members. And we have a HC with what? 6-7 people? Surely it can't mean THAT much that I as a single guy choose to not play for a while.

If this game gets better, then I will be back. I believe many PvP'ers are tired of Battlegrounds, and when that begins to show in the Blizzard statistics, they might consider to alter it. And maybe not even that far in the future. Who knows?
